If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window).

Carpet, upholstery, area rug, and tile cleaning are specialty services that are normally very effective at removing soil and spots. However, there are some spots that are not removable. However, we do not know if they will come out until we try. We charge for the time and solutions and expertise required to attempt removing these. If they do not come out, we still need to charge for our time and expense. Therefore, there are no guarantees of stain removal. We do guarantee we will do our professional best using current industry approved techniques but sometimes the stains will not come out.

We will even attempt multiple times if we think that it might be helpful. But the cost of making these attempts is the responsibility of the person who makes the appointment. If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a refund for the items you are not pleased with.
